Business model design and innovation refer to the way a firm (or a network of firms) defines its business logic at the strategic level. An operationally viable and feasible business model requires lateral alignment with the underlining business operations. iudex International has its own business model for sustainable marketing growth and future of brand. Business model has designed in such a way so it’s operational levels which go through various business operations to get the goal. This refers to their process-level activities, capabilities, functions and infrastructure.
Business Partner Model
A business partner is a person or organization that provides services or sells products on behalf of an organization. In other words, a business partner is a company that partners with a manufacturer or producer to market and sell the manufacturer’s products, services, or technologies. This is usually done through a co-branding relationship. Business Partner Model includes another element as Referral Partner (RP). The Referral Partner is any individual, usually a professional consultant, existing customer, or sales professional, who can refer new customers to the manufacturer in any number of ways. Increasingly, companies are taking advantage of this type of partner as more and more individuals find work independently consulting and referring manufacturer solutions to their clients—which in essence provides a low cost way for manufacturers to manage their sales efforts. Business Partner (BP) shall be authorized by official Approval Committee of iudex. Every Business Partner shall get lucrative incentive for each confirmed registration and documentation. Business Partner shall be responsible for Surveillance Audit Process for its concerned business units. Business Partner shall be responsible for financial liabilities and its expansion of Sub Business Partner and they must be approved by iudex.
