The iudex Limited is a Business Organization that follows the philosophy of ethics and is concerned with the management and planning of different activities. This is an accumulation and coordination of the resources such as men, material, money, machine to produce the goods and services, the business organization works to coordinate and control all these factors of production. Business organization is an entity which is structured for the purpose of carrying on the commercial system of enterprise. The organization is governed under principles and laws governing contract and exchange of goods and services. It is also an entity that is formed for the purpose of carrying on the commercial enterprise of selling and buying. These organizations are based on the systems of law that governs contract and this exchange, property rights, and incorporation.

Corporate Code of Conduct (CCC)

The success of our business is dependent on the trust and confidence we earn from our employees, customers and shareholders. We gain credibility by adhering to our commitments, displaying honesty and integrity and reaching company goals solely through honorable conduct. It is easy to say what we must do, but the proof is in our actions. Ultimately, we will be judged on what we do.

The iudex Limited’s Corporate Code of Conduct (CCC), codified set of ethical standards to which a corporation aims to adhere. Commonly generated by corporations themselves, corporate codes of conduct vary extensively in design and objective. Crucially, they are not directly subject to legal enforcement. The code emphasizes a culture of openness and transparency.

iudex works hand-in-hand with a wide range of stakeholders, including private companies, NGOs and trade unions, to effectively advance human rights at workplaces around the world. iudex believes that sustainable solutions to challenges in the supply chain can only be achieved by bringing all voices to the public. Associates receive general services and can take advantage of iudex resources and our learning network.

iudex has a representative in the Stakeholder Board and Working Committees as Associates of Professional Social Compliance Auditors. iudex supports associates’ efforts to creating a certification program for social auditors to assure competency amongst professionals.
