Mumbai : In a significant achievement, Mission Gyan, an NGO dedicated to providing free education online, and Ipca Laboratories, a leading pharmaceutical company, were honored for their contribution to the world of education. The event was held in Mumbai to commemorate the inclusion of Mission Gyan in the World Book of Records. The certificate of inclusion was presented to Mr. Premchand Godha, Chairman of Ipca Laboratories by Mr. Pratham Bhalla, WBR official. Founded by Mr. Jinendra Soni, Mission Gyan has made strides in offering free educational content, accessible in three languages, catering to students preparing for school education and competitive examinations. The NGO’s innovative approach has been backed by Ipca Laboratories through its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Premchand Godha, the founder of Ipca, has played a pivotal role in supporting the expansion of Mission Gyan’s resources. Mission Gyan has created the world’s largest free video library, offering 18,000 hours of multilingual educational content over the span of four years, from August 18, 2020, to September 17, 2024. This initiative has empowered countless students by providing free access to quality education in their native languages. The event highlighted the importance of free education in today’s digital era and emphasized the collaborative effort between Mission Gyan and Ipca Laboratories.
