Xavier Espot, Head of Government, Principality of Andorra has been honoured by World Book of Records with Certificate of Appreciation for his contributions being carried out for the betterment of the society through various humanitarian activities at Andorra Business conference at EXPO 2020 Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The certificate of Appreciation was presented to H.E. M. Xavier Espot, Head of Government, Principality of Andorra by Dr. Jitendra Matlani (President, Dubai, UAE). On this occasion, H.E.
